University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, University of Windsor, and Tecnologico de Monterrey, partners in international dual law degree programs, are hosting an international legal education conference focused on social justice, professionalism, and cross-border commercial law.

Andrew Morganti with guest Luciana Brasil, of Branch MacMasters LLP, are providing their insight on the evolution of cross-border consumer and shareholder protection actions in Canada and Mexico.  The program is titled, “Unlocking the Doors of Justice: Consumers in Canada and Mexico have been given the keys but need lawyers to use them.”
