Careers

Morganti & Co. only seeks to hire those that believe in their own work-ethic and work-product with a strong desire to represent the victims of financial frauds and misrepresentations.  Morganti & Co. does not offer a job but, rather, a career and opportunity to be apart of a movement to provide access to justice and create jurisprudence that is often subject to peer review articles and reported in law school casebooks.

We offer competitive compensation packages starting at $110,000, reimbursement for annual law society fees, continuing legal education, and supplemental healthcare.  Our associates earn year end bonuses based upon their legal-creativity, efficiency, and quality of work-product not billable hours, e.g., because any robot can generate billable hours.

We redefine the definition of open-door policy between all levels of lawyers.  On a daily basis our lawyers engage in firm-wide impromptu strategy sessions whereby we value the input from all lawyers.  We encourage independent thinking and value the opinions of all lawyers regardless of their experience level. No associate will be left behind in the shadows of mountains of discovery.

We are currently accepting resumes for the following positions:

  • Junior Partner (Montreal, Quebec)
  • Senior Associate (Detroit, Michigan/Windsor, Ontario)
