Antitrust and Shareholder Litigation
Detroit, Michigan or Canada

Morganti & Co. is seeking a junior associate to assist with projects relating to antitrust and securities/shareholder class actions representing investors and victims of investment frauds and misrepresentations.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of corporate litigation experience and has worked at a large corporate law firm.  To be considered the candidate must be licensed to practice law in Province of Ontario and U.S. Federal Court(s).  Candidates must possess excellent analytical and writing skills, the rules of civil procedure, and be able to work independently as a self-starter.
