Darryl has represented clients with advertising, licensing, corporate communications, partnerships, regulatory issues, and government investigations.
Darryl speaks French fluently. He earned honours degrees in economics and journalism. Darryl has also completed negotiation training at Harvard Law school in Boston and is a former Chair of former Canadian Bar Association Entertainment Media and Communications Law Section.
Prior to being called to the bar, Darryl worked as an investigative reporter for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). He also worked on a number of award winning television series, including reporting on the CBC’s flagship news program, The National, as well as hosting the International Emmy Award winning investigative television series “Street Cents”.
